In the charming little town of FAFNIRVILLE, a bunch of thugs tries to run amok by commiting wicked acts. Their objective is to put the city under control by appropriating the powers of the great wizard Fafnir, a joyful dragon living in a castle overhanging the city... Fortunately, the mayor can trust his two top-class citizens : CHIP the rabbit, inventor and detective with incredible intuition and his faithful sidekick CHARLY the mousie, never without his roller-skates and his bright smile.
